In this context, the University of Kent came to visit its counterpart on Monday 14 January. Karen Cox, Vice-Chancellor and President of the University came in person with the Deans Peter Nicholls (Health), Chris Holland (Medical School), Jeremy Carette (Europe) and the international partnerships officer, Jan Lowe.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4287\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4287\" style=\"width: 840px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-4287\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-isite.urbiloglabs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2photos-1-1024x341.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"280\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4287\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Facult\u00e9 de M\u00e9decine \u2013 Universit\u00e9 de Lille \u2013 \u00a9 ICARE 2019<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This fruitful meetings day was organised by the I-SITE ULNE and the University of Lille International relations service. The Kent delegation visited the <a href=\"http:\/\/medecine.univ-lille.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">School of Medicine<\/a>, the Biology Pathology Center (CBP), the laboratory of anatomy, the Simulation Center PRESAGE, and the Faculty of Pharmacy. The Deans, Didier Gosset (Medicine) and Bertrand D\u00e9caudin (Pharmacy) alongside with representatives of School of Health Engineering and Mangement (<a href=\"http:\/\/ilis.univ-lille.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ILIS<\/a>), the University Hospital (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chru-lille.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CHU<\/a>), the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pasteur-lille.fr\/accueil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institut Pasteur de Lille<\/a> and the I-SITE ULNE also attended the meetings.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4288\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4288\" style=\"width: 840px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-4288\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-isite.urbiloglabs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2photosbis-1-1024x382.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"313\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4288\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u00a9 I-SITE ULNE<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The University of Kent is a I-SITE ULNE strategic partner in its international policy. Based on a geographic policy, all the domains of collaborations are being explored to build the future euro regional campus which is to be built in partnership with KU Leuven and Ghent University.<\/p>\n<p>I-SITE ULNE recently launched a call for <a href=\"https:\/\/wp-isite.urbiloglabs.fr\/index.php\/en\/app\/short-term-mobility-grants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">short-term mobility grants<\/a> in order to encourage the links between the <a href=\"https:\/\/wp-isite.urbiloglabs.fr\/index.php\/en\/the-consortium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">consortium member<\/a>s and the cross border universities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An I-SITE ULNE delegation will be welcomed by the University of Kent in Canterbury on January 23, 2019 in order to participate to a forum.
